Who This Is For

The Filter Test

We work with a specific type of company. If a prospect doesn't match at least 6 of 8 criteria, we decline the engagement. Fit is the gate, not size.

Revenue between $5M and $50M
Founder or majority owner in the seat
Positive EBITDA (10%+ of revenue)
At least one member of a leadership team in place
Willing to involve the leadership team in consulting and working sessions
Open about financials in the Discovery Valuation
Treats advisory as investment, not expense
Time horizon of 3+ years before any planned exit
The Architecture

Three Layers. One Outcome.

Layer 1|Year 1

Foundation

  • All 10 engines diagnosed and scored
  • Top 3 engines moved Critical → Caution
  • 3 on-site days in Months 1–3 (every 30 days)
  • On-site every 60 days through Month 12
  • Owner check-ins every 14 days
  • 2-day Annual Valuation at Month 12
Layer 2|Year 2

Acceleration

  • Foundation engines hold at Caution or above
  • Engines 4–7 moved to Cadence
  • Cadence intensifies at firm recommendation
  • Owner check-ins continue, owner-initiated
  • Compounding becomes visible in dollars at Month 24
Layer 3|Year 3+

Compounding

  • All 10 engines holding at Cadence or progressing
  • Owner is genuinely optional
  • Quarterly on-site, monthly strategic advisory
  • Optional board or advisory chair seat
  • Private Client deal-prep layers in if event is in view

The contract is annual. The architecture is multi-year. Year 1 must earn Year 2. There is no contractual lock-in beyond a 60-day notice period.
