Foundation

- 3 on-site days in Months 1–3 (every 30 days)

- 2-day Annual Valuation at Month 12
Acceleration
- Foundation engines hold at Caution or above
- Engines 4–7 moved to Cadence
- Cadence intensifies at firm recommendation
- Owner check-ins continue, owner-initiated
- Compounding becomes visible in dollars at Month 24
Compounding
- All 10 engines holding at Cadence or progressing
- Owner is genuinely optional
- Quarterly on-site, monthly strategic advisory
- Optional board or advisory chair seat
- Private Client deal-prep layers in if event is in view
The contract is annual. The architecture is multi-year. Year 1 must earn Year 2. There is no contractual lock-in beyond a 60-day notice period.
