Our Worldview

If the business can't run without you, you don't have equity — you have employment. And when it's time to exit, the market will pay you a fraction of what you thought it was worth.

We build the opposite. A business where the owner is optional, the systems are defensible, and the enterprise value compounds whether you're in the seat or on the beach.
